Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Recruitment Account Manager located in Milton Keynes. The Recruitment Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing the recruiting process. Daily tasks include liaising with clients to understand their recruitment needs, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a culture fit for both clients and candidates whilst maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.


Skills required

  • Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service skills

  • Experience in Recruitment desired, but not essential

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Great problem solving ability

  • Excellent multi tasker

  • Able to work under pressure and at speed

  • Ability to work in our office in Milton Keynes

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Experience in the manufacturing, commercial, or engineering sectors is a plus

  • Ideally the successful candidate will have a full driving license
